From July 7 to 11, Professor Mijiti Maimaiti, Vice President of Xinjiang Agricultural University, led a delegation on an official visit to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The delegation attended the 10th Annual Conference of the Silk Road Agricultural Education Science and Technology Innovation Alliance and the 4th Forum of Rectors of Agricultural Universities of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Member States in Almaty.
During the visit, the delegation engaged in academic exchanges with partner institutions, including the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University and the Saken Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical Research University in Kazakhstan, as well as Tashkent State Agrarian University and Tashkent State University of Economics in Uzbekistan. These efforts aim to advance the university’s high-level international educational initiatives and explore new pathways for agricultural collaboration with overseas Chinese enterprises.
